Went for some kind of foot or leg or bone de check-up ._. lols Can finally proved that im not giving excuses that my leg is pain . I have High arch foot , Bunions & Pronation .
High Arch foot
Calluses below fore-foot
Pain below fore-foot
Longitudinal arch pain
Heel pain (plantar fasciitis)
Archilles tendonitis
Calf pain
Bunions
Inflammation of the bursa sac
Calcium buildup around the 1st met. head
Calluses develop on side and bottom of joint
Over pronation
Great toe can overlap or underlap the adjacent toe
I have to wear that blue colour ' in soles ' or wadever de for 2 years to correct it back . I tried my cousin de . Its really very uncomfortable ._. Like walking on pebbles . I really couldn't believe my ears . Im going to wear it for 2 YEARS.
