Ytd, very bad experience...! the coach says that there are blood clots in my legs, tats why everytime when i run very painful... then after training coach help me rub my legs, she say if dun rub then will nv recover... i have hobson's choice lor... She suddenly say want to see ppl cry stay here to the track ppl... all say they wan stay to see lynn cry, wad de! Coach so muscular of course when rubbing pain la T_T so ps cried in font of everybody... Next monday training she say then rub another leg cause later i will pain until lyk siao tat day... Ahhh still need rubbingT_T
But gd news la my mum let mi buy spikes to run hahas =)
